SALON POLICIES
Appointments:
Booking: Appointments can be made by phone, Instagram or in-person. Please provide accurate contact information when booking.
Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Notice Period: 48 hours prior to your appointment with us you will receive a complementary text message with details to your upcoming appointment, failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee to cover communications and income loss.
Please be aware our message is sent complementary, if you do not receive this text message due to unforeseen reasons you are still eligible to our cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals:
Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, depending on time of arrival we may need to minimise your service.
Rescheduling: Arrivals later than 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled, and a late arrival fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply.
No-Show Policy:
Charges: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Consultations:
Free Consultations: Complimentary consultations are available for all services to ensure we understand your needs and expectations.
Patch Tests: Patch tests may be required for new color clients at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid allergic reactions.
Payment:
Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers and Afterpay.
Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services.
Service Satisfaction:
Adjustments: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will provide a complimentary adjustment to meet your expectations. Outside of this 7 day period we will not honour complimentary adjustments.
Refunds: Refunds are not offered for any services provided.
Health and Safety:
Cleanliness: We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our salon.
Illness: Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are visibly ill.
Children:
Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the salon.
Personal Belongings:
Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
Gift Cards:
Purchases: Gift cards can be purchased in-salon or online and must be presented at the time of service.
Expiration: Gift cards are valid for 3 years from purchase date, vouchers are non-refundable.
Privacy:
Confidentiality: Client information is kept confidential and used solely for appointment and service purposes.
Promotions and Discounts:
Terms: All promotions and discounts have specific terms and conditions. Please inquire for details and ensure eligibility at the time of booking.
